    Really amazed about how the service was handled, just call and they gave me the appointment date for the technician and once he knows my tv problem I receive and email in my case to exchange my tv, thank

    Not getting what I paid for

    Purchased my tv with a 5 year warranty. Four years later my tv is having issues with what seems to be the wifi card which was replaced. But 2 weeks later the tv is having issues again and they are unwilling to come and take a look at the tv, blaming my wifi at home. I have other electronics at home that work fine without any issues only the tv is having problems. I have video proof of what the tv is doing but yet they blame my wifi. The tv is turning off the wifi on its own, there is no setting to turn this off. I will not be buying again from best buy, let alone use the geek squad service again.

    The Geek squad team is very thorough and patient when explaining and deciphering whatever problem you may have. In my case, it was my old tv. They got a team to come take a look at my problem in less then a week (during COVID-19) and were very sanitary and took necessary precautions while in my home. They wasted no time and corrected the problem very quickly. They were in and out in 10 minutes (I mean it) Bravo, y’all are bomb. Get an insurance plan guys, because it didn’t cost me a thing (or a deductible) and they’re smart and fast. Do it.

    If you determine that you want to take care of a device for a certain amount of time, and you decide the price is right for that item, then nothing beats Geek Squad coverage. If they can’t troubleshoot your problem, they will send a technician to repair it. If they can’t repair it or determine it not to be cost effective to do so, they replace your item within the time period for your coverage. I don’t get it on everything, but for something I know I’m going to be trying to use for 5+ years, it really doesn’t make sense to forego this coverage long term.

    Misleading Two-Year Warranty

    I purchased the 2-year Geek Squad Protection Plan thinking it would provide immediate coverage if something went wrong with my new TV. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. What they don’t tell you upfront is that if your product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, Geek Squad won’t help you, they’ll just refer you back to the manufacturer. That means you’re really only getting about one year of coverage, not two, because Geek Squad won’t step in until the manufacturer’s warranty expires. To make things even more frustrating, if your TV is wall-mounted, Best Buy won’t unmount it for you unless you pay an additional $150 or hire someone else to do it before they’ll even assist you. So, even though you pay extra for “full protection,” it doesn’t actually feel like full protection at all. This experience feels misleading and like false advertising. When you buy a 2-year protection plan, you expect help anytime during those two years, not to be bounced between companies or charged extra just to start the replacement process. Customers deserve better transparency about what this plan actually covers and when it applies.

    I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

    This is the first of the Qled tv's that i purchased, i love it! What a picture! i would take a picture for the review. but you can't see this quality with just a picture. Buy one you will love it too! I am getting ready to but a 85" Neo Qled. Guessing i won't be disappointed

    Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

    Had an LG LED TV die on me. Brought it into Bestbuy, had to make an appointment to speak with a Geek Squad member. Next appointment was available the following weekend. I went in the next Saturday, TV was sent out within a day or so. I kept getting emails telling me what was going on. After 5 days or so they told me nothing could be done to repair the TV, it would cost too much. And I was getting a replacement. Went back to Bestbuy and they gave me a gift card for the full amount. If I didn't buy this protection plan, I would be out of $600. Needless to say I used the gift card to buy a new TV and I bought the extended warranty.

    Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

    Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.

    Even though I did not buy the service for installation, I have used their Geek Squad protection and troubleshooting before. Most recently, my Samsung Tv which still has the protection on it had some issues. I have never had any issues with Tvs purchased here before, but after several years, the Tv had purple areas on the viewing plane. I took it to Best Buy and it wasn't worth fixing so they gave me credit to purchase another TV. I chose the LG nano series 49" Tv, which we all love. The Geek Squad service is a real good service. They know their stuff...

    This is an amazing TV. The included Alexa feature makes the entertainment experience even better. I can just tell Alexa to turn on the TV without having to go get the remote. The quality of the image is amazing and the sound too.

    I highly recommend getting a protection plan for any expensive item. Especially items that have in-home protection because they are to large to take to the store. My 60" Samsung Smart TV broke 3 yrs after purchase which meant the manufactures warranty would've expired. Fortunately I had a 5 yr Geek Squad plan. They came to my home assessed the problem and because they didn't have the parts to repair my Samsung they gave me a voucher to purchase a newer model as a replacement. I paid $220 for the protection plan on the 60" it was worth every penny! Otherwise I would have nothing. So I gladly paid $189 for the 5 yr protection plan on the replacement TV
