As I age, and I am just shy of 70 now, it gets more difficult to keep up with computer advances and time saving shortcuts. This is just a small part of what The Geek Squad can help you with. Of course, there is the rare event when an electronic device actually malfunctions, and this is the obvious time to get their help. However, the more often need for these people is when you cannot seem to get the hang of specific sequences of procedures or when some device really doesn't work as it is supposed to.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. I did purchase three warrantees. I appreciate his assistance and would definitely recommend him to also help my friends and colleagues with purchasing items at Best Buy..

The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

What more can I say? This place is the best great customer service . Very knowledgeable staff great customer service like I said this is the best place I’ve been for electronics and I will continue coming for eight years and come. I will also try family fresh.

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

Gav and Chris are both an asset to the Geek Squad! The service I received was impeccable. They were able to provide me with the necessary equipment for my tv. I highly recommend and would use them again for future services.

Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

I have had to use this and I hope I won't need to, but it was a great price.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.
