Wasted over 3 hours

Got transferred, disconnected, told wrong department - my frustration has me on theverge of tears with no resolution.

The Tv and warranty both stink!

Doesn't Cover Anything

I have read so many articles that have stated to not buy warranties, but the people in the store tell you it covers everything. It doesn't, only very minor manufacturer issues. Waste of money!
