Great help, I knew what I wanted and they helped me find it and put it in my car

The TV is put in a box without adequate protection. FedEx damaged the box and the TV inside. I called Best Buy and they gladly replaced the item. However, I had to return the broken one which I told them that I couldn’t do alone since I have back problems and live in a high floor in the middle of NYC. So Best Buy made arrangements for a UPS driver to come to my place and pick up the broken TV. A UPS driver came to pick up the TV and neither bought the labels nor scanned it so now I’m stuck with having to pay for garbage. It’s been 3 days and the UPS system now reads that there was an attempted delivery to bring the labels even though the TV was already picked up. Unbelievable!

My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

Never win but i gave it a shot because you never know.

75” tv purchased salesman said purchase the warranty, I asked does it cover accidental screen damage. He said yes it does! WELL IT DOESN’T and now i have no tv and out $79.99! Went to the store manager said oh well i can’t control want lies my employees say. Almost blew my gasket!!! Best Buy should be held accountable for what your employees tell us the customers!! Lies and deception to sell a protection plan and take peoples hard earned money!!!

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!

It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

Geek Squad always someone ready to answer your questions and at the ready when you need to make an appointment.

The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

Have not had to use them but I am sure they are great.
