Great plan that takes the worry out of the little things

I just added to protection plan they did not install. And it was installed by me.

So far have not had to use them but bought this with other high end purchases will surely ease your mind on things especially if you are buying items worth up to and past $200.

Anytime I make a big purchase at Best Buy, I usually add the GSP to my purchase. From past experiences, I've never really had an issue using my GSP on defective products and the value overall is great to have. I highly recommend you add a Best Buy GSP for any of your major purchases or even your simple devices (e.g. small kitchen appliances).

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

We are very happy with our 5-year protection service. The cost was reasonable and the peace of mind is great. The tv was expensive and we are happy we are covered if anything goes wrong.

They delivered my SAMSUNG TV to the third floor and as planned.

I have purchased service warrantees in the past with the hopes of not needing to submit a claim but have confidence in having the coverage due to positive past experience.

The Geed Squad service was outstanding! The representatives communicated frequently to let me know the status of their arrival, and were professional during the service call.

You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

We have not had to call the Geek Squad for this paticular item but they were there to assist us in getting out desktop set up and running quickly and with such patience. They were very informative.

I trust and will continue until they fail to uphold their standards. Literally, the reason to purchase at BB, even if you find it slightly cheaper somewhere else (and for some reason BB won't price match).

Keeps my mind stress free of any possible mishaps with my purchase. Definitely needed if you live in a rowdy household like myself

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!
