Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan to go with our new 65” Samsung TV. Only had the TV for about 2 weeks now and so far no issues and hopefully we don’t have to use it but if we do, we will definitely be holding Best Buy to their part of the deal for sure!

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

Feel comfortable knowing we have tech support and repair capabilities. Good value

This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs

So worth the added investment I am replacing a 65" TV that was previously covered by an extended warranty,I normally never buy them but luckily I did. The TV picture started to fail and after 4 years it was still covered under the extended warranty although I admit the process took time they reimbursed me for the original full purchase price.

I thought when I had it delivered they would set it up, but they can’t. I did it, wasn’t too bad. This TV was delivered because I had purchased a Insignia 55”, and thank goodness the 5 year extend warranty. It broke. Went black after one year. I haven’t had this TV a month, so far so good. Ask me in a year or two.

I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.

Love purchasing this plans. You never know what can go qrong with an electronic devide. All thw representatives were kind a d help me through out my plan with Gsquad
