Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

I liked the TV in the beginning loved I had all the apps that my kids could use to watch shows but not the Volume no longer works, and I am hoping it is just a minor issue and the sound will come on.

I haven't needed them lately, but the Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

Highly recommended you never know when you may need tos service and to have the piece of mind is worth it to us

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.
