Didn't need to use service warranty, but thought price was fair.

We don't always purchase an extended warranty, but considering the quality of some TV's these days it was chosen. If the TV happenes to fail in the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, a new TV of same size willll be substituted as the original will most likely no longer be available

Best television I have have bought. I needed to replace a similar tv that I accidentally damaged. Please be careful hitting tv with any objects. It cannot take any type of hits

Five year geek squad service warranty is the best thing you can do. It is reasonably priced. And covers for five years! Against almost anything that could happen to your TV. Or other products.

Very happy we spent the money to have the Squad install our tv and sound bar. The install would have taken a lot longer if we had tried to do it ourselves and then we would have wondered if we had done everything correctly.

Have not needed to use them but I have seen their vehicles on the road a lot and ads.

I’ve never had to use this service and hope I never do which is why I buy Samsung products.

Look if you’re going to buy expensive products them be smart about it and protect them with Geek Squad

Wanted a piece of mind. Bought 2 year protection plan just in case. Everything was explained to me. Felt like a good deal. If you are going to invest in a product, might as well protect it.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

What more could you want out of a 5 year replacement plan you can literally can switch it out for a brand new TV whatever electronic you want with whatever problem is having greatest investment over

I know so mean products last a long time, but it doesn't hurt to have them covered.

Best Buy only offers 2 years instead of 5 years on their Geek Squad Protection Plan. 2 years is better than no years. It’s a must anything you buy from Best Buy.

Have not had to use service as of this date. I have had to you use the Geek Squad service on previous purchases and it was a good experience.

They loaded the tv into my car and helped me pick it out he answered all my questions and even helped me open a Best Buy card was a very nice man and I appreciate how professional and kind he was

Always buy my protection for previous TVs bought from Best Buy. I love the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong, I can contact them and know that I can rely on them to take care of the problem.

I recently bought a new TV. I purchased the Geek Sqaud protection plan along with the TV. The protection plan is a great insurance to have, especially since is Best Buy stands behind the protection plan
