    Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

    I like the fact that if anything happens someone will come out and if they can't fix the problem, you'll get a new tv. This is helpful to have.
