Can’t complain the geek squad protection service has never let me down. In my opinion there is no downside.

Bought standard geek squad protection for my LG tv. Haven't used it so far but it gives a peace of mind if at all anything had to happen for the tv and there is no support. I guess its a good value for money and for the product it supports

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

Product protection in the age of planned expiration is well worth the cost. Motherboard replaced in dryer recently would have cost the same as dryer replacement.

Have used this previously where a tv had issues right before the expiration and it was a life saver. Geek squad came out and fixed the tv

Just purchased this Geek Squad Plan for a 32-inch Insignia (Best Buy brand) TV.

Any repair is costly and returns for failed equipment can be painful. I purchased the longest amount of time (5 yr) because it is just good insurance. I only wish it covered accidental failure, like you can get on other types of equipment.

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

I purchase geek squad for all of my high end Best Buy purchases. Fortunately, I've never had to use them as my products continue to work perfectly. I sleep well at night just knowing I'm protected.

I would totally recommend friends and family to setup geek squad support in an event of a tv braking down. They can assist you in finding out what is the problem with your device.

I keep getting emails from different Geek Squad people telling me that I will be billed $399 to my credit card. So far I haven't seen any charges and hope to not get any additional charges from what I paid when I purchased the TV.

Last tv I purchased backlight went out call them up gave me gift card totaling the value of the broken tv from purchase day was able to get brand new tv and have few buck remaining on card.
