I don't buy any electronics without this warranty and going with the 5 year usually takes care of any problems that usually pop up after the manufacturer warranty expires. One repair or replacement usually pays for the cost of this service.

Had a 65 in tv and used this program, they made it really simple to get a replacement tv and newer model.

I always purchase the geek squad plans, I whole-heartedly believe they are the only way to protect your products when purchasing at best buy. I would never purchase electronics from anywhere else solely because of the protection plans they offer.

I have yet to use it but I have always been a person to say better safe than sorry. I love to keep things as long as possible and so the convenience of being able to go to the store and get any repairs done under warranty gives me peace of mind

Feels great having the insurance for 5 years with Best Buy.

It’s always a good idea to get an extended warranty for your big appliance purchases just incase something goes wrong that way you can get tons our use out of your products.

I have peace of mind with this protection plan. I don't have to worry about costly repairs, or worse, trying to repair something myself considering I am technically challenged. Great item for those of use who just know how to push the on/off button.

Extra coverage is definitely well worth it especially if coverage for something like electronics.

All warranties are the same. They say they’re a five year but they’re actually only a four year the first year you have to go through the manufacturer.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it was inexpensive and good insurance

I went to best Best buy to get help.and. They definitely help me out. I been shopping at the store for years.

I know they do quality work from previous encounters with them. Unfortunately due to the holidays and covid I have to wait over 2 weeks for a house call on a tb that died 2 weeks after purchase. They are always worth it though. Just backed up I suppose currently.

Our Best Buy tech was very helpful on reasons why to choose a warranty plan.

Got the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for my new Toshiba - 32" Class LED HD Smart FireTV Edition TV. I've always had great service from the Geek Squad when and if needed.

Great service can't recommend geek squad enough, they take care of everything.

This protection pays forr itself, if anything gos wrong in 2 yrars simply bring it back.

Why wouldn’t you put the protection on your best buy device?

For the peace of mind on my budget TV, well worth the pruchase. I havent had to use it yet, but its like car insurance, if you dont have it and need then you will definitely regret it.
