Good idea for more expensive items

I have not used the service on this purchase yet, but I have had to in the past and Best Buy took care of the issue. This is why I buy this service on anything above $250.

Mostly over the phone, but once or tice at Best Buy. These people know what they are doing and are worth the investment.
