Ultimately, Geek Squad Services are worth it to some people, but not others. If you have the extra money, don’t want to be beholden to friends and family or want to make sure the job is done right, I highly encourage you to try Geek Squad at least once.

Good to have because you never know the cost was reasonable. If something goes wrong can just return it to the store for repair

I feel Best Buy's protection plans are a good value. I have used the protection plan for two other purchases with great satisfaction.

I purchased this awesome protection plan on an open box tv as open box tv's tend to be someone else's trash.. Thankfully I am protected if the tv breaks.. Geek squad rules!

Each and every time I have a problem or question about a product I purchased at Best Buy I can rely on the Geek Squad to explain what the problem is and fix it on the spot.

Knowing that the geek squad got my back gives me a reason to be relaxed and worry free. I haven't had any reason to use them, but I know they're there whenever I need them.

Haven’t used the Protection Plan. But it was in my Best Interest to have this Plan never know what may happen and It’s a Good Plan that Covers some “MAJOR” Problems.
