Bought this just in case something goes wrong with the new tv I bought. hopefully I will never have to use it.

It is nice to be reassured constantly that you have quality people to help you when things don’t quite work the way they should!

Knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend for the more high valued items, especially those that are hard to transport.

I haven’t have to use my Geek Squad protection policy but is cool to know that it’s there. I’ve had to execute one years ago and it was worth it.

This is the one accessory that I won’t buy a tv without. It has paid its self 3 times over the last 4 years.

Seems like a fairly decent value on a higher end TV which is what I purchased.

We have not needed to use this yet but all the times we have used Geek Squad in the past we have had pleasant enough experiences.

Checked tv advised me to ask for a return due to bad a power board

Hopefully this new Toshiba will last longer than 3 yrs and the 2yr warranty will suffice

We mounted our own TV, so didt need the installation, but we would have used them if necessary.

The best warranty is best buy fix or replaced with new one

This is a necessary protection plan, a must have for this type of purchase. The price is reasonable.

I have the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection on my 43" Toshiba tv, although I have not had to use it, it is nice that I have the peace of mind in case I have a problem.
