Tv works great especially for the sale price on black friday

Did not use geek squad to come to house but I contacted them to provide help with setup. Very helpful.

Great tv. Everything works as expected. Sound is good but i personally had to add a sound bar for more sound.

I didn't want to buy it because I was already spending a lot, but it's worth it for as soon as something goes wrong with your new expensive electronic!

Haven't needed them yet for my TV but they were great when I bought my computer and needed them. I know it will be the same if problems occur with my TV.

We feel this was a great purchase for us and we are happy Best Buy offers this for our electronics.

Unfortunately they were unable to repair our iPad Air 2 .. appears it’s another Apple failure for us. Battery died and was unable to replace since it has the glass cover.

Best buy geek squad should be purchased with all major items.we have used them ,they are better than Great.all the service techs really knowledgeable

Definitely recommended and worth the price especially anything goes wrong as that it will be covered!

This mount is a little loose, had to tighten around the swivels with Allen wrench (which comes in kit) to make it more stable. Its the hand swivel for the tilt on the TV itself that could be better. Overall good.

I love the item. It has great features and it sounds great.
