It’s a protection plan, I mean what can you really say?

Geek Squad techs are fantastic I have it on everything I buy from Best Buy; The Geek Squad never lets me down

I always purchase these. Prices are good. I use to think these were a waste of money but now with newer technology I consider it necessary. Years ago I didn’t buy a plan and one day after warranty I had problems. You guessed it, had to buy another TV investing lots more money than the cost of a plan

Good protection for low price. Real piece of mind.

I purchased the 5 year warrant thank God I did. The tv went bad in the fourth year and I was able to get the money back I paid for the tv and got a brand new tv. Well worth it.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

They always give great customer service. Always greet you with a smile n work hard on getting thing fixed

Really can’t give a review of service since I haven’t needed to use it. But I like knowing if something does go wrong with product purchased I have coverage at a reasonable cost.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

Best buy is easy to buy from good products in store very friendly help!

We haven't had any reason to need the Geek Squad, but happy to know they will be there if we do need them.

Thankfully I have not had to use the warranty but having it is definitely a peace of mind. Great price for it as well! It covers everything I would need it to!

55” TV I purchased was 13 months old when the picture went out but there was sound, called Geek Squad and diagnosed over phone, parts shipped to my apartment and service man was here within a week. TV couldn’t be fixed and a replacement TV was ordered, all this during the Covid-19 virus. No replacement available so received a gift card for a new replacement ... Because of COVID-19 it took just over 5 weeks to get the replacement but understandable
