This is an EXCELLENT service is good to have you never know when you going to need it

I had purchased a new computer and the GEEK SQUAD help me set up my new computer and transfer all my old info and stuff from the old computer (which was completely dead) to my new computer. They answer all my questions. I have had to call them a couple of times and they walked me through my problems. I would have been lost without them.

Four years into the plan our 65" TV was having issues. The part was going to cost more than replacing the tv so we were given the option of a replacement or store credit for the amount we paid four years ago. We also had the option of buying a new protection plan for the new tv. Geek Squad phone support was very easy to work with getting this set up. We'd definitely recommend this!

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.

It's always good to be able to call someone in when things go wrong. The last time I had a TV just break with seemingly no fix, the technician spent almost a week trying to fix it before I was provided with a replacement. I have always purchased coverage any time I buy a TV from best buy because of that.

1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

Great coverage for big appliances, its a must when you want to be protected

I always splurge for the 5 year Best Buy Extended Warranty because I sleep better at night knowing that if I have any issue with any of my TV's that are 43 inches and up, which are all of them, that Geek Squad will come out to look at them and take care of any issue other that physical damage caused by neglect etc. Most people are unaware that a one year manufacture warranty means that after the 15,30 or 45th day that one is allowed to return an item for a refund or exchange means that you will be left to deal only with the TV manufacture. I equate that to being on a raft in the middle of the ocean.

If you can’t afford buying another device if it broke, you could get this. Don’t blame a toddler for something you could have prevented!!!!

Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

I haven’t used the geek squad yet but once I have a problem with the tv they will be the first to know

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.
