The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

The mounting of the TV went smooth. Technicians were on time and cleaned up their area after mounting the TV

I feel the folks at Geek Squad are patient, kind, and professional whether I contact them day or night. Most of the time we get the issue resolved online. There has been only 2 times where they said I needed to bring it in to the store. I believe it has been worth the fee because I live in a rural area and it is a 30 mile drive from my town to my Best Buy store.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

I selected to purchase the Geek Squad Protection Service Contract for my 50 inch Samsung LED UHD TV because of the positive previous experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad. I had my office laptop die on me and they assisted me in selecting a suitable replacement and completely recovered and transferred all of my previous data to the new laptop. I would not hesitate to purchase a service contract from them in the future

I haven't had to use the protection plan yet because the TV is still new and working fine but I will say that previous experiences with other items were good experiences. So much that when I wanted "piece of mind" about the purchase of my new TV, The Geek Squad protection was clearly the best choice.

I would always recommend this, especially on small appliances and television as if you need it they are courteous and prompting getting you satisfaction and it always helps to be able to get things taken care of right away

The agents mounted my TV and installed all my speakers and hooked up my subwoofer, Satellite DVD, and all my extras in every room, they also went an extra step and were able to have the cords come out near the electric plugs so the wires were not hanging everywhere. Very professional job and they were very nice during the process.

I wrote another review for the first extended warranty I had purchased from the geek squad. My dad’s TV had gone out and had been discontinued. The geek squad came to the house and within days had a new TV installed and running for my dad. I had purchased the first warranty, thank God I was those TVs are expensive. So when this TV went out and was replaced I also purchased another extended warranty for a Christmas present just in case the TV went out again. They did a great job and thank God I purchased the warranty.

This plan is exceptional. I was able to have my Hisense 70AG6 replaced due to the cost to repair would not have been worth it. Definitely worth the extra money spent to protect your investment.

I was lucky to have purchased the insurance for my tv, otherwise I’d would have had to spend money on a new tv, but after a simple call and an coming to my home I was given clear understanding or what to expect, and given a new tv within a couple days
