When I brought the tv back they gave me my money back for the warranty but wanted me to apply for a Best Buy card I said no that’s why u buy warranty for things I was not pleased everything I brought from them

The seller was very friendly and explained everything well.

I have had the Geek Squad diagnose and fix problems with my laptop twice in one year. They are efficient and knowledgeable. they found viruses that my software could not find. Now it runs like new. They do request that you make an appointment, but I was able to just walk in to have them figure out why an external blu-ray drive would not work.

Good tv to watch the streaming channels and hook up too

I purchased this LG about 2 months ago. No complaints at all, good color and clarity!

Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

Geek squad has always been there for me with whatever technical problems I have whether with a tv, computer, or camera.

Haven't really had to use yet. My tv did get delivered broken. However they did do what they could to get a new tv sent out&old one picked up with no major issues. Also suppose to compensate me for my time and wait. Will update again if i need them in the future.

BELIEVE ME, this is the best purchase you can buy when buying these new large-screen OLED TVs. New technology can cause various problems and having this warranty coverage has saved me now twice on previous 77" TVs. Well worth the money over time.

Don’t always purchase a Geek Squad Service however when you make an investment this large this give me peace on mind for 5 years.

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

The service Geek squad has provided has been great, they have been helpful for us every time we need their expertise. As a Geek squad member, we also save money.

I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

Price is very good for 5 years protection. Especially that they will come to your home to do any repairs if need it.

The employees answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of.

My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

I didn't have the Geek Squad do the installation. I just ordered the five year warranty.

Geek Squad protection for my TV is great. Used it for the first time and the agents that came to my house were professional and explained each step of the process. Unfortunately, they could not fix my TV so I ended up with a new one just as described.

Anything to do with geek squad is awesome we have had to use service just a few times but when we have they have gone above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Definitely a great add on. If you don’t have it I would suggest it
