||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They combined the insurance and installation as one package, so it is stressfree without worrying if we can install the TV correctly especially it is 65". And it combined with an insurance replacement plan for 5 years, so if they did the installation incorrectly, and the TV dropped or cracked, then they will have to replace it.

All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Generally speaking, Geek squad people are very helpful. I have run into a few that were unable to answer questions, that I later found out were pretty common sense. Every one has different skill levels.

I bought this item at an open box purchase and was feeling a little skeptical about It since it was open box but it looks brand-new and with the extra protection that was offered along with it I am not worried about anything going wrong because if it does I'm protected.
