WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

Worth having the peace of mind and it was affordable.

buying geek squad protection is like buying peace. You know they will be there if something arises.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.

Really expensive for a 77" OLED but you need a warranty with something this pricey. Ive had issues in the past with tvs and BB warranty and geek squad were always great

The geek squad protection warranty is awesome and it would be worth to purchase it

Covers everything you need it to cover Haven’t had to use it yet but it’s nice to know it’s there

I'm glad I bought the service plan on my Sony TV. It stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung almost for free. I was very happy about that!!! I wish the remaining years of the old plan could transfer to the new plan, but they don't.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

The warranty was reasonable. I purchased second tv and they combined both tvs for reduced warranty price
