Geek squad is the best protection to get in my opinion! In my opinion it’s piece of mind knowing if it breaks down you are covered! In my it is worth purchasing.

I just bought a new laptop in September, a Dell, and loved it. Then it stopped working in December. I took it to Geek Squad and turned it in for repairs. Got it back within the promised time frame and it's working great again.

Great buy for the family. Would definitely recommend. Best buy at its finest.

Thankfully we have not had to use Geek Squad for our TV's, BUT we have for other products and they have been great!

Its was good for the price and a quick replacement for my tv that decided to break before the wolrd cup final

I've only had to use this service once. I called the help desk and they were actually able to fix my issue over the phone. I didn't have to pack up and bring to store. Excellent!

Currently I have not had to use the service that covers smart tv, but when I call for support they are always attentive to all my questions, and they always call me to ask how we were in the service.

The Geek Squad protection is the very best! I have called them a couple of times and they were able to assist me professionally and they had the utmost respect for me as a customer! I will always have this protection!!!
