    I have been shopping at same location (West Nashville) store for over 20 years and have been very happy with staff, help and products knowledge and availability and Geek Squad. Thank you Geek squad and every one at Best buy store.

    Weird thing to ask for a review on, but okay. We basically got this as insurance because we were getting a tv delivered and the contactless delivery nulls the usual delivery-related insurance. So covid19 safety won out and we got this to be safe. Didn't need it for the delivery (that went well), and I suppose we have it in case we need it going forward. Hopefully we don't. You know how it goes.

    Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

    If you are purchasing a high end tv or high end Home theater setup, get this. I am not a believer in protection plans for almost all products , but i have purchased this for Both of my LG tvs and i am so glad i did,. Had issues with burn in on my first LG and Geek Squad was extremely helpful and lived up to the warranty. EXCELLENT< THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!!!

    My last tv screen went black and I thought I was doomed. Here goes another $1000 on a tv. When it wasn’t even that old! But I have to thank my past self for buying geek squad. They were able to order parts and have them shipped. We were serviced during the pandemic and they took all the precautions! Ultimately my TV wasn’t salvageable so I was given a credit toward my next purchase! High recommend to everyone.

    Very happy with the extremely comprehensive protection of the Geek Squad TV Warranty package. Including Burn-In in the warranty makes this easily the most secure warranty around.

    I bought a 5 year warranty for my brand new tv. And I know if needed, Geek squad to the rescue, I've delt with them before and they are amazing. If you buy a major appliance, you should always get a warranty.

    I always get service plans with purchases just in case something goes wrong. I would recommend any customers purchase protection plans with any type of purchase made. Nothing in this life is guaranteed. All manufactured items built and designed could possibly have a defect or become inoperable.

    Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

    I generally purchase protection plans for large ticket items and for smaller ticket items if the costs of the protection plan does not exceed 15% of the purchase price which is still a bit high. I have had to use the benefits of a protection plan before and for the most part it is worthwhile. Seems that the satisfaction level is largely based on the store's management policies and store reps. In a worst case scenario it's good insurance if you have product failure and or need support service.

    I always purchase the protection plan. The Geek Squad has come to my rescue a couple of times over the years. Especially having a young one at home with his electronics. No telling when a spill or fall may happen, LOL. A necessary purchase. Thank you Geek Squad

    Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

    I bought a floor model OLED LG 55 inch TV because the price was too good to pass up. I bought this warranty because it was an floor model, I usually don't purchase an extended warranty. Im so glad I did. There was burn in on the wcreen when I got home and the geek squad came over and replaced my screen within a week. Amazing customer service and amazing warranty! Thanks geek squad and Best buy!

    Well, i can't say this enough about Geek Squad, they are excellent! If you're on the fence about including their services, don't be! Its worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience with thembor have anything negative to say. They will always take care of you.
