Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.

Bought this for extra protection on a tv. haven't used it yet but good to have.

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

My purchase was but a few weeks ago and, beyond their initial installation and set-up, I have not yet had to make use of their services. However, from my past experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad (in-store) and this installation/set-up, I have no doubt that their past service will remain unchanged should my need for it arise in the future.

Took out the extended warranty...hope I don't have to use it. Just gives peace of mind to know I don't have to take it in and they will come to me to repair.

Good price and good TV, excellent service and customer service

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

Haven’t had to use it yet, but from everything they say that you get, I am very glad as a single older woman I have it.

Always make sure you purchase these Geek Squad plans when investing in electronics. Best Buy does a great job taking care of their members when you have issues with your products. I always purchase the highest plan they offer to protect my purchases, especially when buying a TV or something you want to last for a long time. Thanks BB!!
