TV has been great, but has developed a yellow spot in the center of the display over the last few months. Upon research, it was discovered that this is. Common issue with this series of display. Delivery was prompt and individuals were very professional.

I was given all the information I needed when my tv went out unfortunately the make was no longer making that size tv so I had to replace it but I had the warranty and it work out. It’s true that sometimes you won’t use it but it’s better safe than sorry.

I was disappointed in the technician who did not even try to adjust the flesh tones on my new tv. Just pushed on exchanging the TV. Need better training.

If you watch TV often, sometimes the components and screen can go bad after a few years. When I had problems with a previous TV, Best Buy came and inspected the TV and determined there was an issue with the screen. We were able to get credit towards a new TV since we had the plan which saved us alot of money.

Great quality picture and clarity for the price point and beyond. Bought this one on sale - even better. You can’t beat an Insignia 4K TV for the second bedroom, Lanai or Gazebo. It’s good enough as a primary TV as well. I purchased for Gazebo.

I’m so glad I bought this tv it’s absolutely amazing it’s everything I could’ve ever wanted from a 4k smart TV and it’s my first one as well I have no complaints at all I’d recommend anyone to get this tv for sure

I wasn't a big extended warranty person in my life but as new products are being developed it seems that they are a bit more sensitive to problems and need a more delicate hand. I decided to purchase the protection plan on my speakers since I had a very bad experience with my last one. It broke only after 2 years and was not covered under warranty. I decided to get a better quality item the next time around and felt it was worth the peace of mind to protect it.

I’ve always gotten Geek Squad protection plan and any major device or appliances I’ve purchased with Best Buy. Additional price for additional protection is worth it and gives you peace of mind for that what if or just in case.

This is a smart investment if you buy electronics for the whole family. Great piece of mind if something breaks.

Awesome smart tv with an even more beautiful picture. I mainly use it for gaming, sports watching and the occasional movie.
