No one helped with install but there are a group of great people

I would absolutely recommend having the geek squad warrenty. I have it with my Insignia TV and am purchasing with this Toshiba also. With electronics I believe it would be foolish not to have this protection and the price is extremely very reasonable!! ☺️

Great picture, love the extra features and the magic remote.

Doesn’t really cover anything. And when I finally tried to use the coverage, an agent told me the issue was covered, then when I showed up at the store for my appointment, they informed me that it wasn’t covered. Several employees lied and went back and forth before a “supervisor” that I was finally able to talk to said they can’t do anything for me and basically they’re not liable that an employee lied to me. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

What an amazing tv. I bought open box at an awesome deal. I will say it is the best tv ive ever had. I like it better then the oled.

The geek squad refunded the amount of my outdated" tv because I'm a loyal customer and I had a 5 year warranty.

I will recommend it to anybody that buys an appliance or t v or any electronics to get the five year plant.

As usual, Sony products are the best especially their TV range. Never regretted a single one. Awesome images and superb Google TV interface. 100% recommend.

I Bought this for my Samsung 65" 4K TV and just bought one for a Samsung 40" 4K. A year after I bought the 65" it got a bad software update and had to have the main board replaced and the one connect replaced. This was over a $1000 dollar fix. Didn't cost me a penny. A great idea on your more expensive items for sure.

Got a great picture for a great price on this TV. This is our first smart TV - I found it very easy and fun to use the app section, although I am going to experiment with an external keyboard for search. Picture is sharp and clear, control are easy to find and have a wide range in contrast, brightness, etc.

Great TV. Word of caution if you have an xbox- for some reason you can’t play games off your console. If you want to use xbox cloud gaming through the gaming hub built in to the TV it works fine but can’t get the TV to work with the console.
