I gave five stars for the value. At $20 per year for 5 years on a 75" TV is quite reasonable. Although I haven't had anything go bad on me under an extended warranty.

Got this warranty for my daughters tv after her previous tv went black with no warning and no warranty. Do yourself a favor and get the warranty. It provides peace of mind for the unknown!

Bought this service for 3 of my expensive purchases and I’m in my peace of mind.

We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

Cant go wrong with 55" samsung s90c qd-oled. colors are vibrant ,Crystal clear picture and wildly thin profile. Good build quality. Game experience is top notch.

Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

I bought the 5 year protection because I purchased a LG OLED tv and do alot of gaming and tv watching so I am glad to know I have added protection in case something happens.

Love the piece of mind. This is for eighteen year old granddaughter. Gaming, movies, constant use. Protection gives piece of mind

5 Year Protection Plan is excellent and delivers as promised. My old TV, with a 5 year service plan died after 4 years and the service plan replaced the TV with a new TV.....very satisfied.

I purchased this unit to replace an older plasma that did not have a full tunner. This unit has a very good tuner with many built in apps. Sound is fair a sound bar would help.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

I got the 2 year plan when I bought my tv. Hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I need it.

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

Geek Squad is the best warranty program out there. They have come to my home twice when a big name device decided to go belly up and they replaced both times with no questions asked after analyzing the problems. I normally do not trust any extended warranty but GS is the glaring exception. I would always buy it.
