Was looking into buying a TV through Samsung as there protection plan and other offers seemed pretty good, but then looked through Best Buy and the offers with Geek Squad protection seemed just a few points better money and protection-wise. Geek Squad does a good job of servicing any needs or issues.

If you're getting something expensive, grab this and save yourself some money and headache in the long run. Remember these appliances arent made to last forever.

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

Geek Squad protection is a must. I use to not get it until my son's Bose headphones broke about a month before his Geek Squad warranty was up. He brought it in and got a new pair no questions asked. Saved him over $300.

Well i did receive the information quickly and i haven't used it yet. I needed extra coverage just in case for years to come.

The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.

The technicians that come to complete the installations are well trained and always so helpful!

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed
