    Geek Squad protection plans are very good. The main reason that I go to Best Buy and purchase products is that they have one of the best protections plans. we even purchase our cell phones at best buy, because their protection plans are better than our cell phone provider offers. another huge plus, is that you can reach and actually talk to a Customer Service Rep. who are very pleasant and professional.

    i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

    I bought this specifically to protect against burn-in on my new LG OLED TV. Love the fact that this Geek Squad warranty covers burn-in since the factory warranty from LG does not. This way I don't have to worry if I end up with burn-in, which can happen with OLED TV's. I don't usually buy extended warranties but in this case it was an easy decision. It was absolutely worth the peace of mind.

    Great tv for the price. Easy to hook up to wifi with quick response and awesome resolution while watching. Definitely recommend purchasing. Will not be disappointed!

    My LG tv broke and Geek Squad helped me to replace it. They were very nice and helpful. The protection plan was worth it.

    Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

    while I have the 85inch 4k TV, I also bought the 2 years Geek squad, not only for protection, also for the professional servcies the Best buy can provide.

    I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

    I thought when I had it delivered they would set it up, but they can’t. I did it, wasn’t too bad. This TV was delivered because I had purchased a Insignia 55”, and thank goodness the 5 year extend warranty. It broke. Went black after one year. I haven’t had this TV a month, so far so good. Ask me in a year or two.

    I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.

    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.
