Nice picture and audio quality. Great value for the money

I always add Geek Squad protection to my Bestbuy purchases over $150 that I expect to last me 2+ years. I have been a Bestbuy customer for many years, and got to meet a few of Geek Squad teams at different branches of the store. They're knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

Easy to use when needed to use the greek squad, you also just ask simples questions too

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

This worked for me on the last tv I bought. Had it for about 4+ years and then screen went blank. Best buy was going to send tv off and have it fixed, but the tv was so cheap, they gave me my money back, less cost of protection plan. Since they do not sell the model I returned.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

I feel this is a good investment for big ticket items I just had a tv that was not working and having the protection plan really helped the Geek Squad was great they came twice and were extremely helpful and the store squad was also great at the mall. They were fast helpful and very professional.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.
