The tv quality is amazing, the sound is also amazing. I love how if I lose my remote I can use my phone as the remote.

Here is the deal, if you dont get Geek Squad Protection, you are missing out. Lets start with the fact things are not made like they used to be. Drop something once and its done. Now I can be my clumsy self and not be overly worried I lost my item. Win win

Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV

I haven’t had to use my Geek Squad protection yet, but having it definitely gives me peace of mind. Especially given how well the installation went.

I had my tv go out and was upgraded to a larger tv. Very happy with how easy it was to complete the switch. Very helpful when I called.

3 years later and the TV and apps work just fine. The remote works fine, the color still shows clearly and the updates are easy just like a phone update.
