He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .
