great price for protection when you want your electronics serviced

No issues my TV broke down and right away replaced for the other one I'm absolutely recommend this plan for everybody

We bought the Best Buy 5-year Warranty for our 55" Sony TV as an insurance policy. Although the warranty document doesn't state this fact, the warranty begins the day you purchase it.... much easier than dealing with Sony.

Each associate I’ve spoken with has been very professional. Great attitude, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Did not use the Geek Squad for this but have used them for other installations. They are very helpful and patient.

I hope I don't have to use them this time but I know from previous experience GEEK SQUAD is the best!!
