I got the Geek Squad coverage on a brand new LG C4 oled. It's my 1st oled which is an incredible tv. But wanted the peace of mind with coverage on this TV just in case

Love the geek squad- wish they had more resources and better customer service infrastructure

I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

Ok so shortly after I set up my new Sony 65” 4K tv I found that I couldn’t hook it up to my receiver because being an older model it had no HDMI connections. Before setting out to buy a new one I decided to call in the geek squad to see if there were other options. It just so happens that I did have an optical connection for a cable and he had one with him too. It enabled me to utilize my sound system but only to about 80% of its capacity because the HDMI cable Carrie’s so much more capabilities with sound. So I’m using it like this for now until I can get a new receiver. Trouble was I had to pay for the cable because it wasn’t covered.

I never purchased a Geek Squad protection plan before but boy am I glad that I purchased it on my big screen TV in August 2021. I needed to use the protection plan yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the representative was. He walked me through the entire process and told me that it was actually cheaper to send me a replacement TV. I highly recommend their protection plan and will buy it on any other large items.

I love the quality of pictures version and sounds I love everything just small recommendations if Samsung can reduce the weight of TV it looks tin but too heavy

Great to have this just in case something goes wrong. I bout it and the one time I used it my tv died got money back. I forgot about the warranty I had but got an email to renew or it will expire!! That’s how I got $$ back! Just for that reason alone I bought another warranty!

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

The prices is right! When I request service this worth the price I paid.

I bought a washing machine 4 years ago. I had a 5 year warranty.That came out and repaired it.No questions asked replace the computer bored thank you

Good to know help is there when needed. Havent had to use it yet tho.

I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

They helped with everything I needed! I was pregnant at the time and didn’t have to lift a single thing.
