I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

This plan offers great piece of mind to protect any of your electronics purchased at Best buy. Highly recommend purchasing the extended plans.

At first i wasnt to sure about getting this, the TV was already expensive enough right but then it was brought to my attention that anything could happen and in the past i have had TVs damaged without having a back uo plan, getting this protwction plan was and still is a great choice if you truly want this TvlV for ling term.

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.

I bought a 40"LED TV Westington Brand 4 1/2 yrs ago in Best Buy plus the geek squad protection. About 3 yrs later.... that TV started to have problem, I called Geek told them the problem, and they told me there they would send a tech to my house to fix within 7 days. A tech called me that they ordered a part from the manufacturer, need to wait 7-10 days for the parts. He would contact me once the parts was here. I guess there is a policy stating after certain days If they couldn't fix your product, they will exchange a new one or if the product is out of stock, refund will be offered. I got the refund. But please keep your receipt for the proof.

They did a wonderful job setting up my TV. Thank you, Geek Squad,!

Luckily, I have not needed to use this coverage or plan so far and I'm helping that I never will, but it is very nice and comforting to know that it is there. Should I need it? And I can say from experience in the past that the geek squad is more than qualified and knowledgeable to handle any issues that you may have and need to express.

So like any product warranty you wont use it if you buy it. Or? I buy these warranties with things I don't want to carry back or printers so if the ink cartridge explodes. The only bad thing about these warranties is that one of the years runs concurrent with the manufacturer warranty so you don't get the true amout of warranty you are paying for. nice thing is that if something happens just take it back and throw it up on the counter.

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.
