What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

We recently had an issue with a 55 inch TV that was not working properly. After two attempts were made to diagnose the problem and find a solution it was determined that the warranty would be used to replace the faulty unit. It took less than 10 days to find a replacement, have it delivered and remove the old TV.

Fortunately i haven't had to use it on my latest purchase but i have needed it on other purchases and was completely satisfied with the way it was handled and the results It's a Must have for electronic purchases for me

The Geek Squad service it well worth the price and I would purchase it again in a heartbeat!

I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

Always great to have some protection and help in case anythign happens. Geek Squad are a massive help.

All I can say is buy the plan even if you think it is not needed..Best Buy protection stands behind its warranty and they are super easy to work with. If not for them the tv replacement I had to do after my new Samsung tv went out I would cost a lot more than what was spent on the protection plan.

Did not need a full service install, but prompt and curtious service on time and they called ahead. Good service.

This is one of the Absolute BEST TVs that I have ever owned and the amount of free channels from Samsung show me that I do not need cable TV and that my Apps like Prime, YouTube, etc. The sound and picture clarity of this Samsung is wonderful and the only thing that I could say is that if they added a built-in sound bar option would be amazing.

You should always buy the geek squad service when purchasing a device over the 150 dollar range.

My brand new LG TV (December) went out and Best Buy passed me along to LG because it was still under warranty. Best Buy would have had this already fixed, but now my TV is out, has been for over a week and the terrible repair people that LG passed me off on are saying that MAYBE sometime next week it will be fixed. TERRIBLE! Why did I pay Best Buy extra to protect it if they are not doing anything about my dead TV? I sure hope that 2 year protection plans restarts itself once my TV is actually operational again.

Always recommend coverage for what you buy, never know what might happen!

Bought a tv and returned it. The geek squad service fees were also returned. No hassle whatsoever.

This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

Highly recommend to get with purchases. My TV started to show bright spots on the edge after nearly 2 years. Made a call. They sent someone out. Determined the tv needed to be exchanged. Since my tv is still usable I was able get a gift card for the full amount I paid on my tv and keep my tv. They went above and beyond.

Such great quality! So clear!! I could not be happier the quality when playing games is insane.
