    Geek Squad Protection Plan for TV

    I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

    Extended Warranty Is The Only Way To Go!

    Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

    I bought a 40"LED TV Westington Brand 4 1/2 yrs ago in Best Buy plus the geek squad protection. About 3 yrs later.... that TV started to have problem, I called Geek told them the problem, and they told me there they would send a tech to my house to fix within 7 days. A tech called me that they ordered a part from the manufacturer, need to wait 7-10 days for the parts. He would contact me once the parts was here. I guess there is a policy stating after certain days If they couldn't fix your product, they will exchange a new one or if the product is out of stock, refund will be offered. I got the refund. But please keep your receipt for the proof.

    I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

    My Samsung tv had black circles in the screen during white screens tv was replaced with no problems

    I highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection with any computer purchase, and the two year is better than just the single year, they're great to work with, and you don't have to seek out a computer specialist, and hope they know what they're doing.

    BB is asking me to review something I've not needed to use yet. Yes, I purchased this for my TV but I can't give an informed review since I have no experience other than buying the plan which was painless and reasonable

    The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.

    I had problems with my other television and the geek squad helped me quickly replaced my television set in 2 days.i would definitely give this insurance A Big A.its a must have be safe with the geek squad.....

    bought 65" insignia 4k tv in july - hdmi ports (all 3) failed in mid november - purchased 4 year geek squad svc contract - contacted geek squad service - 4 separate chat sessions, and 1 telephone call later, they have yet to have the repair person come to my home to put a new motherboard in my tv - it is not even scheduled!! on the telephone call this morning, their rep said they did not even have a repair person in this area (syracuse, ny), to service tv's. they took my money for the contract but can't even provide the service!! buyers beware of this tactic - service is not part of their dna!!!
