Used it the 2nd day I bought a new Sony TV, and month 58 of a 5 year plan on a microwave. Got my money back.

I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!

Fabulous and highly known about anything electronic these guys are great

I purchased one five years ago and my Television went bad 3 months before it was about to expire. I was given a full credit towards the purchase of a new television.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

Great Protection Plan for a good price for my device.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

Haven't had to use their services yet but will with the computer I just bought

Purchased this service agreement with the purchase of our new 85" TV and mount.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo
