Tv went out and geek squad came out the diagnosis the tv. They ordered the part and was back out to fix the tv the Saturday after thanksgiving. Tech Frank did an amazing job

No like to expensive and illustration educational purpose

Thankfully we had a protection plan, as our less than five year old television failed. We were able to upgrade to a new TV at no cost. Best Buy provided excellent advice and service.

I haven’t had to use it yet. I did get the 5/6 year plan. Just in case.

I have loved having the geek squad very very awesome service but I believe the price to much and it u pay for it, it should be the total best for the white purchase of what it covers

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

Just used my geek squad protection plan on my OLED LG TV. I had burn in on the screen because I purchased the extended warranty geek squad replaced the OLED Screen. I am so glad I bought the extended warranty otherwise I would be purchasing another tv.

I usually never get a protection plan, but I randomly agreed to this one. Nearly two years after purchasing a TV, it broke. It took a few weeks to go through the process of replacing the TV, but that's probably more to do with current events than it is Geek Squad support's abilities. I got a full refund and used that money to upgrade the TV. I'm fully satisfied.

The value of geek squad protection for the amount of years it covers is great. The amount of protection that is covered also makes it worth it especially when the future is unpredictable.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

If you're getting something expensive, grab this and save yourself some money and headache in the long run. Remember these appliances arent made to last forever.

I love Best Buy. I love their warranties. Their warranties are second I will always buy my new TV from this

I've never had any issues with my warranties. I actually recommend Best Buy to everyone for their purchases needs more or less because of how easy it is to utilize the warranty in the event something happens

I will never buy something from best buy without this. It has paid for itself time and time again. Got a replacement on my tv within 48hrs of the claim. Great warranty as always.
