definitely worth making this purchase and came in handy

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

Definitely worth getting the extended warranty, especially if you have little kids

Ive had geek squad service a large tv, and service was quick no hassle , quickly fixed the issue with tv. The claim process was easy, overall would recommend.

Excellent. I have purchased it many times. Used it on a smartwatch and tv. Both times super easy. No questions asked store credit. Gotta love Best Buy. Always top notch customer service.

What's better than to have a 2 year geek squad protection on your products that you purchase. We have not had to use it yet, but it is there in case of a problem.

Great to have protection on the things you love. It’s easier then spending money for no reason to purchase an item when Best Buy’s No hassle plan of attack works better than PC Richards or even HHGreg from back in the day. They actually cover you.

My last tv only a 1 year warranty when it broke so that didn’t help. Made sure to get the longer warranty with this new tv.

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life

Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

Best Help EVER!! Thanks geek squad for all the help! They are great and always willing to help. They offer great service and come to your home if needed. No need to take your products to them if there large. They know what there doing & akways find a solution. No hesitations to get the protection anytime its really worth it!

Bought five year for our expensive oled tv that was purchased on holiday sale. Used it to have techs virtually help me with some picture setting issues. Used some of the TV savings to get five year so don’t have to worry if need support.

I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.
