Who better to call when you need help? The Geek Squad thats right! These guys and gals are my superheroes, they came to my rescue without delay and made sure I was taken care of with the upmost of care and they'll do the same for you

I moved and was not aware that I could have my Geek Squad come to install my TV on the wall. This was during Covid-19 so website was confusing to order all the parts needed for this. Finally called and spoke to a person who got it all set. Install person was friendly and took time not to cause a mess while drilling holes.

Geek Squad set up our TV and answered our questions. Happy with their service.

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

Geek Squad is responsive and quick with their help. I’ve never been disappointed in their solutions to any problems or inquiries I’ve had.

I had a problem with my tv and the Chromecast that was built in it and they gave me my money back and I bought another tv that was better then the one I had the problem with, The geek squad is the best when it come to fixing things. They even have fast service.

Best Buy do back up on their warranties are very good

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Great thing to have for expensive electronics. Don’t have to worry about it in the future good investment.

I’ve had to use this once already! I’m so glad I purchased it. Just be prepared to wait all day to have your product serviced, if possible take off.

I’m very happy with there service very friendly and helpful best customer service I’ve ever had they really know how to keep there customers happy. Just wish there warranty prices was a little cheaper $500 for 5 year warranty for my oled c9 I think it’s a little steep

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!

Although we couldn’t use them for most of the year because of the pandemic I would recommend them they know what they’re doing. I do believe anybody that had geek squad this year should have added service to the contract for the inconvenience.

Worth every penny. My prior Samsung tv covered by Best Buy warranty. 2 months before end of warranty, tv screen leds went bad. I got a brand new tv at no cost. Will buy appliances from Best Buy AND have Best Buy extended warranty.

The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Montebello are the great. Fast delivery, friendly service and very knowledgeable.

If you're looking for piece of mind. Go ahead and add this. Especially if you're getting an OLED that has the potential for burn ins.
