    I would highly reccomend purchasing the warranty to protect my 85 yr old mom. I was told if it breaks or something goes wrong to just bring it in and we get a new one no questions asked! At her age who needs the problems..... for three years we are protected for 20$ simple as that!!!

    The Geek Squad did a great job safely delivering, installing, and mounting my new LG UHD TV. The set up was fast and they even hauled away my old TV!

    Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

    These warranties have suited many times. I usually don't buy them outside of Best Buy because I know they are a rip off. Best Buy honors their warranties.

    I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

    I'm very with Greek squad when had a issue with the TV. They took care of me. I didn't have wait too long. I would highly recommend.
