Well worth the money! I recommend always purchasing a protection plan when purchasing any item from Best buy! I have had good positive experiences when it comes to geek squad so far can't say anything bad about them..

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

The team came as planned removed old stove had new one up and going in less than 30 minutes great service and experience.

My Protection Plan covered the full cost of a replacement TV when a repair wasn't cost effective.

We had black lines on our Samsung TV so we called and they arranged for us to have a new TV delivered and installed and the old one taken away. It's based on current value so we ended up choosing a larger 4k Sony and just paid the difference. Customer service was really easy to work with.
