I purchased the protection plan for my new TV. I used the old protection plan for the old TV. Best Buy gave me credit for the broken TV and I was able to purchased a new one.

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

Was skeptical at first. It's not a bad tv . I just wish that Sony made a fire stick version, Due to that being most of my electronics are Sony products

Hands down, the best no hassel warrenty program available. If you have an issue, call Geek Squad. They fix it or replace it with brand new one. Your model not available? They give you the newer version.
