Mr Nadeau and the other Geek Squad gentleman took down our older smart Tv, and mounted our new Tv using the same Tv mount as we previously had. They alsohooked up our Surround sound, Blu Ray player and our new streaming service. Very professional, friendly answering our questions. They also hauled away our old TV

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

Any time I have issues with any of my devices to do a warranty on them they always have it taken care of in a timely manor. Will continue to utilize this option with my future purchases

All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.

I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!
