I buy protection on all products I purchase from Best Buy as they will either fix or replace anything that is protected if something goes wrong or it is faulty

No matter which product you buy , I always purchase the geek squad protection, better safe than sorry

I had this added to my Hisense - 70" Class H65 Series LED 4K UHD Smart TV. It wasn't all that expensive but the3 tv was cheap. It gives me the security of 5 years of use.

I haven't had to use them yet for my TV, but they did put my car stereo in with speaker. Their work has fast and adequate.

Although having geek squad protection, after my last incident with my sons Nintendo switch and the ignorant help we got at geek squad, I was very hesitant to get 5 years protection on our new product. The longer you have your geek squad protection the less it seems to protect your as your protection comes to an end. As I learned from our Nintendo switch experience our protection was not a satisfying purchase. More of a scary purchase and no trust in geek squad protection if I need it.

I bought a cheap tv for the kids and decided to buy a protection plan for it. Haven’t had to use it yet.

We were able to install the TV on our own but plan on calling the Geek Squad with some questions we have.

A 2 year protection plan is perfect for the life span of of this purchase. Always grateful for geek squad and all the help they've provided over the years.

It's great to have insurance for something that was a bit expensive it's nice to know that if something happens that Best Buy will send some one to exchange it

Have no complaints about my purchase. Got the macbook air just to use at home and for nothing heavy. Its been working good and hasn't failed me yet for what I use it for.

Every product that I purchased from Best Buy has a protection plan. When my Lab top went down Geek Sqaud was there to fix in a jiffy. And the plan is affordable.
