I’m glad I bought this not so expensive protection plan. My remote went haywire and it was replaced for free.

I'm hoping this will serve it's purpose. I have not had to use it but I feel very confident having it.

We recommend a WARRANTY if it's a big or expensive item.I have had to replace items due to no warranty

I have been purchasing the service contract from best buy on everything we purchase.we make. it is easy to infromation and service. been very satisfied.

This mount is a little loose, had to tighten around the swivels with Allen wrench (which comes in kit) to make it more stable. Its the hand swivel for the tilt on the TV itself that could be better. Overall good.
