    A little disappointed in Samsung not Best Buy for taking 6 months to get my tv exchanged out for another tv. The Geek Squad tried their best to fix it.

    The protection plan makes it easy not to worry about a faulty product for a long time. Good price for the peace of mind, too. Hopefully we won't need to use this.

    Haven't needed them yet for my TV but they were great when I bought my computer and needed them. I know it will be the same if problems occur with my TV.

    The last tv I bought for $300 more lasted 14 months unfortunately 2 months too long for warranty so decided to buy best buy one and have no worries!!!
