    Had this on a Vizio With 3.5 Years remaining. TV called for service. Tech was at my house for 3 minutes and said it cant be fixed . They couldn't replace it unless I went to the store. When at the store I lost the balance of the protection plan and there was not a TV that was equal to mine so I had to come up with an additional $400 to get one.

    I purchased a quality tv but the warranty was a no brainier.. I considered getting the 5 year warranty but within a few years I expect the landscape of tvs to change again so I just went with the 2 year warranty

    so far so good, best LED 55" tv on the market. nice for movies and games specially for PS4 games. nice sound and much better with a sound bar.
