    TV works great. The features are very good. Only thing is the samsung keyboard isn't compatible. Have to get another model. Thanks!

    An ant died behind my screen (darn you, nature!). An agent came in a day or two and assessed the problem. Soon after a team came and took the old tv and replaced it. Due to the age of my TV, Samsung no longer makes them. The team did not set up the new tv, but I'm ok with it. The downside is that my original TV was replaced with one that was worth half the price. While the picture quality is good, its not equivalent to what I originally purchased. My current TV may be the last one I use an extended warranty for.
